Partners

Managing Partner - Robert G. Sutherland

Rob holds commissions as both Messenger-at-Arms, which has jurisdiction for all of Scotland, and Sheriff  Officer, which covers the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central & Fife. He has many years of experience and was previously a senior partner in the firm of A A Hutton.

Dealing with all levels of management, Rob has dealt with clients ranging from Local and National Government agencies, to solicitors and the legal profession to SME's.

Operations Partner - G. Craig McKillop

Craig holds commissions as both Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff  Officer. His commissions as Sheriff Officer cover the Sheriffdoms of Tayside, Central & Fife and also Lothian & Borders. Craig, in an earlier life, was employed within the Scottish Courts Service as a Sheriff Clerk. He also has many years of experience in his field and a wide knowledge of current legislation.
